Ticket holders are deemed to have accepted all security measures, including upper-body and bag searches, as determined by the organizer and security team. Participants who refuse to comply with these measures will have their entry rights revoked, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
The concert organizers retain the right to use photographs and videos of concert attendees in promotional materials; by attending the concert, participants consent to the use of such materials.
The sound systems at the concert venue may cause temporary hearing problems.
The lighting effects at the concert venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.
Please keep your ticket with you throughout the concert.
We would like to remind you that you are responsible for any personal belongings you bring into the concert venue.
Pets are not permitted in the concert venue.
It is prohibited to bring into the concert venue any flammable, explosive, or combustible materials, as well as any tools that could be used as cutting or piercing instruments, or laser pointers.
Concert tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to remove from the concert venue anyone holding tickets not purchased from official sales points.
Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. No replacement tickets will be issued for lost tickets.
